– Based on the theme of the 2022 RKP Economic Recovery and Structural Reform, which consists of seven national priorities, with several developments focus including (1) Industry; (2) Tourism; (3) Food Security; (4) UMKM; (5) Infrastructure; (6) Digital Transformation; (7) Low Carbon Development; (8) Health Reform; (9) Social Protection Reform; And (10) Education and Skills Reform.
In its implementation, development priorities are supported by the Main Project that follows the Clearing House to ensure cohesiveness and project implementation readiness.
This effort is aimed to run the direction of the President so that the benefits of the project can be optimally enjoyed by the wider community (Making Delivered).
In the drafting of 2022 RKP, there are several things that need to be considered: (1) Development stakeholders to synergize the work plan (both K / L Renja and RKPD) with the 2022 RKP; (2) The importance of synergizing the Central and Regional Plans by maximizing coordination meeting forums and deliberations in determining priority projects; (3) RKP 2022 cannot display records sourced from the APBN, but also from other resources such as BUMN and private sector; (4) To ensure the president’s mandate “making deliver”, the preparation of RKP 2022. Through the Clearing House on priority projects, Major Projects; (5) Priorities that need to be identified are the policy and regulatory framework as well as the framework.
In achieving the development target for 2022, all development stakeholders at the central and regional levels must synergize their work plans with the 2022 Government Work Plan.
Furthermore, regarding the Major Projects, it needs to ascertain the readiness for implementation. Funding for Major Projects is quite large, of course, requires support from all parties, therefore, we also expect the support and contribution of BUMN and the private sector in encouraging investment.
In the drafting of RKP for 2022, the government will strengthen the synergy between the Central and Regional Governments through the Governor’s Coordination Meeting, and coordination between the Government – Business and the wider community.
